User guide

Everything your team needs to run Medi360, in plain language.

This guide explains every screen the way a colleague would show you around, no jargon, no engineering terms. Pick a module on the left, or browse the full list below.

What is Medi360?

Medi360 is the software your hospital runs on, one system that covers the front desk, the ward, the operating room, the pharmacy counter, the lab bench, and the finance office. Instead of separate, disconnected programs for each department, everyone works from the same live patient record: a nurse charting vitals, a billing clerk raising an invoice, and a surgeon reviewing a scan are all looking at the same underlying chart, updated in real time.

The platform is organized into 49 modules across six areas, Clinical, Workspace, People, Operations, Financial, and Admin, and a hospital can turn on only the modules it needs. It's available as a desktop application, a mobile app for staff on the move, and a browser-based web app, all backed by the same data.

How to read this guide

Each module guide follows the same shape: a short overview of what the module is for, then a walkthrough of every screen in the order you'd actually use them, dashboard first, then the everyday workflows, then the detail views. Every field you can type into is explained in a table, so you always know what a box on the screen is asking for and why.

Required fields

A red * next to a field name means the form won't save without it.

Tips

Green tip boxes like this one call out shortcuts and good habits worth adopting.

Careful, this one's permanent

Red boxes flag actions that are hard to undo, deactivating a record, revoking a consent, and so on.

Where you'll find it

Desktop & Web

The full application, used at nursing stations, the front desk, and back-office workstations.

Mobile app

A lighter, on-the-move companion for clinicians doing rounds or home visits.

Role-based access

Every screen in this guide only shows what your role is permitted to see, yours may look slightly leaner.

  1. 1

    Open the Patient Records guide

It covers registration, the patient chart, search, and the two analytics views, the module every other workflow in Medi360 connects back to.

  2. 2

    Skim the field tables

Each form's fields are explained in a table right below it, so you can check what a box is asking for without leaving the page.

  3. 3
